Russian Hut & Greenhouse.

The Russian Hut is an authentic dacha exported from Russia in the late 19th century, with kitchen, loo and open fireplace. A dacha is a seasonal or year-round second home, often located in the exurbs of Russian-speaking and other post-Soviet countries. The previous owners of the farm bought the Russian hut from the Empire Exhibition in the early 20th century, precursor to the Ideal Home Show.

The walk from the Russian Hut to the Summer House takes you past the Greenhouse, which can be used as another location as in summer it is teeming with seasonal fruit and vegetables. Once you have navigated that you will walk down the path known as the rose walk, due to the blooms that flourish throughout the summer months, with accompanying scents and humming bees.
